"My name is Allen Lowe. I am an Actuary, sounds very boring. In fact, I am a very boring Actuary. I am originally from Hong Kong and now I am working as Chief Actuary in Thailand. Before working in Thailand, I worked in Japan for 1 year. Also, I was working in the Regional Office in Asia. These gave me the opportunities to travel around Asia and working with different local business units.
As all we know, the world's focus in financial markets are China and Middle East countries. There are a lot of actuarial opportunities in Asia. Given that I have explored Asia for so long, I would like to use this blog to share my experiences and adventures with all other actuaries."
